Two artists find an old photo album at a flea market. It is in astonishingly good condition and immediately captivates the two. Who is the woman whose childhood memories are recorded in the album? And why does it make them think of stories of their own grandmothers? “Paper lives” shows the process that turns the past into memory: what we decide to keep, accept or let go.
