Patrick knows all too well that when parents whisper in the kitchen at night they want to keep something a secret. He is to get a brother! Great! But, listening at the kitchen door, Patrick hears that his brother might never learn to speak properly. Why ever not? What can be that difficult about learning to speak? A mystified Patrick pesters his friends with questions. And it happens that they all have something to add, useful, funny and crazy ideas so that Patrick is well prepared for his little brother and amazes his parents.
