Guided tours at Frankfurt Zoo as part of the exhibition On a bed of comfort
Death is also part of life at the zoo. How do animals at the zoo mourn their fellow creatures? Some animals need time to say goodbye to their fellow creatures and mourn visibly. How can zookeepers make it easier for the animals to say goodbye? And how do they themselves deal with their grief for the animals? We will discuss this during a guided tour of the zoo.
Cost: A ticket to the zoo is required for the tour. The tour is free of charge.
Meeting point: In front of the zoo school, directly behind the ticket office on the zoo grounds.
