You can feel your pulse racing. Your heart is beating. You feel free. Nothing can stop you now. Your body takes control. You become one with the beat on which the movement is borne. Against a brick wall or with the flow?

Boundaries start in your head, confront you in your own body, are set by society and by your surroundings. What ways are there of overcoming obstacles, shifting, redefining or even tearing down boundaries?
