Water, coffee and sugar. That's all it takes to make the global North's favourite drink. But whose heritage and what history are we actually drinking every morning? It is time to follow this drink through all its physical states into the past. Historical video and sound recordings, live music and impressive theatrical effects accompany the exploration of coffee and sugar as foodstuffs with colonial history.
