The Junior Crew has grown, changed and developed over the years. Everyone involved looks back on many experiences, beautiful moments, but also on a lot of work. Not everything worked well right from the start. Over and over again, we had to re-plan, adapt, think in new or different ways – that is part of the process. Every experience has been valuable and has brought the project an important step forward.
